Any act that is not in accordance with the DKT Brazil and Latam South Code of Ethical Conduct must be reported. In addition, any information or situation that may harm DKT Brazil and Latam South or any of its stakeholders is important, deserves attention and can be reported through the DKT Brazil and Latam South Ethics Channel.
ETHICAL CHANNEL
The Ethics Channel is an internal, confidential and impartial tool and is managed by the Governance, Risk and Compliance area of DKT Brazil and Latam South, an independent area that will ensure the confidentiality of your information and complaints. All complaints received will be treated confidentially and the complainants will be protected against any type of harassment. reprisals.
It is important to provide information that will enable the investigation, such as: the full name of the person reported, what actually happened (situation in which the reported act occurred), when it occurred, where it was located, whether there are witnesses, etc.
All must be reported:
- Acts unethical and illegal that are related to DKT employees or businesses;
- Acts that are not in accordance with the the Code of Conduct or Policies and other Group Regulations
- Cases or information that could cause harm to DKT or its audiences (employees, suppliers, etc.).
- Evidence of fraud or error in the preparation, review, audit or disclosure of any financial statements or financial reports of DKT or group companies
- Evidence of deficiencies observed in internal control systems.
Yes! The DKT Whistleblower Channel is managed by the company's Governance, Risk and Compliance department, which will ensure the anonymity and confidentiality of your information. There is no record of the IP addresses of the computers or the telephone numbers used to formalize the reports.

The reports received, after being registered by the Governance, Risk and Compliance area, are analyzed and evaluated by the Ethics Committee, and forwarded for investigation if necessary.
